CMS Leavers
Enter the details of your leavers to the CMS leavers system.
For every member who chooses to end their membership, simply add their details to the on-line CMS leavers system. Input the former members name, email and club into the data capture below.
At the end of each period, every lapsed member added to the system will be sent an automated email, inviting them to complete a questionnaire and for each month there on they will be sent a re-joining offer.
Any data added must comply with the data protection act.
